接头芯设计-江门艾瑞精密机械经验分享

接头芯的扣压长度、壁厚、结构形状、材料对接头芯的连接性能有着重要影响。接头芯扣压长度越长,越有利于提高接头的连接强度和密封性能,但长度增加会使得芯杆加工困难,增加制造成本。为了避免装配时在 接头芯的端部发生堆胶现象,要求接头芯长度略低于套 筒长度,如图1所示。接头芯外表面的光洁度对接头的 密封性能、内胶层的疲劳损伤以及接头芯的疲劳强度有着重要影响,所以要严格控制接头芯外表面的光洁度。接头芯表面的光洁度一般要达到Δ5以上。

接头芯内表面为光滑圆柱面,外表面有一定形式的凹槽,现在普遍使用的是R槽和锯齿槽。R槽和锯齿槽为橡胶的流动提供一定的空间,在变形的情况下橡胶不易损伤,同时增大了摩擦面积。R槽主要用于压力较小情况下的钢丝编制管,锯齿槽通常使用于对压力要求较高的缠绕管。接头芯的材料一般选用20、35 或45号钢,接头芯的壁厚一般为2~3.5mm。需要注意的是,随着接头芯的通径增大,壁厚也应该相应增加。

在理论上,经扣压后接头芯内孔不允许变形,但实际上存在变形。接头芯的外径取决于软管内径以及扣压量。扣压量不足会导致软管内流体泄漏以及接头抗拉能力不足;扣压量太大则会损伤内胶层,同时导致内胶层硬化,影响密封性能。接头芯的内径与壁厚和外径相 关,内径太大造成壁厚不足,影响连接性能;内径太小会增加液阻。接头芯的内外径受到上述条件的限制,同时软管有较多功能层,各功能层材料和尺寸不尽相同。为了达到软管的使用性能要求,需要优化扣压量。

In theory, the inner hole of the joint core is not allowed to deform after pressing, but there is deformation in practice. The outer diameter of the connector core depends on the inner diameter of the hose and the amount of compression. Insufficient withholding will lead to fluid leakage in the hose and insufficient tensile strength of the joint. Too much pressure will damage the inner rubber layer, and lead to hardening of the inner rubber layer, affecting the sealing performance. The inner diameter of the joint core is related to the wall thickness and the outer diameter. Too small an bore will increase liquid resistance. The inner and outer diameter of the connector core is limited by the above conditions. At the same time, the hose has multiple functional layers, and the material and size of each functional layer are not the same. In order to meet the hose performance requirements, need to optimize the amount of pressure.
